Beyond the creative dimension, working as a brand manager is truly about entrepreneurial responsibility. You deal with every aspect of a product launch and lead teams from most of the departments in the company. As a Brand Manager you: evaluate market potential; build advertising campaigns; put together distribution and promotional strategies with Business Development teams; plan production with Industry and Supply chain teams; coordinate with your zone. At the end of the day, success depends on the initiatives and the risks you are ready to take on!
