The winner of the Competition is the participant who has obtained:
- the highest total score of the game;
- the best response to the open question posed at the end of the Competition.

The 5 winners per skill are the participants who have obtained:
- the highest score per skill (assessment unit of R&D, Industry & Supply Chain, Business Development, Finance or Marketing);
- the highest overall scores in the Competition;
- the best response to the open question tied to the skill (at the end of the R&D, Industry & Supply Chain, Business Development, Finance or Marketing quiz).

The winners will be selected at the end of each cycle (Cycle 1: January 2011) by the REVEAL by L’Oréal Committee.
